People often forget that we all start as beginners. I get many messages and emails saying how you enjoy painting face ups but feel like you don't have much talent. I wanted to share a picture of my first work with you as an encouragement, to show you the difference between 3 years ago and now If you enjoy doing something, don't be so hard on yourself and give up when you compare your work to others who have been doing it for much longer. Natural talent can only get you so far, but you can achieve so much more with practice and hard work. If you are passionate, keep doing what you are doing because you can only get better.

edit: and yep, Nicolle used to be a redhead at the very start :P
